How do I get my free packs?
Sign up in the iBET Packs app. Five free $1 packs are added to your account straight away and are good for 30 days.
How is a card's value set?
From recent market prices for that card. The value shows the moment the card lands, and it is the amount a sell-back pays.
What happens if I do not choose Sell or Keep?
You have 24 hours to decide. After that the card is sold back for you at the full value shown.
Where can I see the odds?
On every pack in the app, under What's inside, before you pay. The home page of this site lists the same odds, and the Packs Terms set out how packs work.
How does shipping work?
Open your Locker, choose up to 10 cards worth $20 or more together, and confirm the address on your account. Parcels go by tracked USPS to US addresses, and the fee depends on the parcel's value. You can cancel for 24 hours after you ask.
Can I withdraw my balance?
Yes. Withdrawals go through Coinflow, our payment processor, after a one-time identity check.
Is it the same account as iBET?
Yes. If you already play iBET, sign in to iBET Packs with the same username and password.
